Our products are designed for today's active lifestyle, full of flavor and simple cooking instructions found on all our packages.  Some of our entrees are conveniently packaged in a boil-in-bags and are as easy as dropping the bag into boiling water for a few minutes.

 

We’d recommend you keep several in your freezer for that quick healthy bayou-to-table meal.  Our entrees are perfect for a family on the go, convenient for a student’s dorm room or even to take on your next camping adventure.

 

Broussard’s Bayou Company is family owned and operated company since 1996.  With a long heritage of Cajun cooks, Carl and Cory Broussard, brothers born and raised in Maurice Louisiana, want to bring the taste and tradition of 3 generations of their southern Louisiana Cajun family recipes and unique butchering techniques to your table.

 

With our ready-made Cajun dishes, you can return again and again for a true taste of the Bayou. We believe the secret to true Cajun cooking is finding the right blend of many spices that will enhance the flavor of the dish but not overpower it. Spicy yes, hot, never.

Our mission is to provide a genuine Cajun experience in every dish and they are prepared in our USDA/FDA certified facility. We use only the freshest ingredients available to give you a healthy quick and easy meal whether it’s for one person or the whole family.

 

We ship our products frozen, in a reusable Styrofoam cooler with gel packs to ensure your order arrive frozen and ready for you to put in your freezer.

 

Shipping companies are very busy during the holiday season. We highly recommend ordering your items as early as possible, to ensure your holiday dinner is safe and sound in your freezer instead of on a delivery truck! If you are sending our products as gifts, please check with the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept the delivery.

 

Broussard’s Bayou Co. is not responsible or liable for deliveries where the recipient is not available to receive the order. We instruct the carriers to leave the package at the front door if no one is home, but it is at the driver’s discretion whether or not to leave the package. We recommend the recipient leave a note for the driver, instructing them to leave the package in a designated spot. Please be aware that home delivery may be as late as 8:00 PM.
